Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We deliver worldwide. Obviously, the shipment costs will depend on your delivery location. When adding your order, in the checkout you will automatically see the shipment costs for your country.
Is Quick Knot available in different sizes?
There are two sizes available. The standard size is suited for normal mane thickness and the XL size is for very thick manes.
Can you use Quick Knot multiple times?
Yes and no. It is possible to re-use them, but the unused Quick Knots are stronger and easier to apply.
Does the Quick Knot guarantee a perfect plait?
Yes it does! Obviously, like with a needle and thread it requires some practice to perfect it, but once you have found the right technique you can make a beautiful and strong plait that doesn’t fall out.
Can we buy Quick Knot only via this webshop?
No, Quick Knot is also available in tack shops in the UK. Ask your local tack shop if they supply it and if not, tell them about it!
Has Quick Knot been thoroughly tested?
Yes certainly! We have done tests together with large and small barns, pro riders, starting amateurs and everyone in between. Almost 1300 manes were plaited with Quick Knot before Quick Knot went into production.
Is Quick Knot also suitable to be used by children?
Of course! Obviously with all adult surveillance, but our instruction video is done by an 11 year old girl :-).
Can you get Quick Knot in other colours than black, brown or grey?
These three colours are our basic colours. Special colours could be developed upon request. For more information about this contact us personally.
When will my order be shipped?
We try to send packages within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and during bank holidays.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Shipments within Europe will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days, outside Europe 5 – 7 working days. Our packages are shipped with our delivery partner and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively our delivery partner will try two more times to deliver the package.
Do I need an account to order online?
You don’t need an account to order in our webstore. However, setting up an account will allow you to view past orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done at the checkout.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you have completed the check out page and you have to agree with the terms and conditions, you get redirected to the payment page. We accept numerous payment methods.
Is it safe to order online?
We take your online security very seriously. Personal and payment information is safe and no data is sent over without encryption. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and other measures.
Delivery & Returns
What’s my order status?
You will be notified by email at various stages during the dispatching process of your order. If you have an account, you can login and check “My Orders” for the current status of your order.
How can I track my order?
For bigger orders you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Also, on request we can add a tracking number for a regular order. Feel free to contact our support team if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for your delivery location (depending on your country) will display in the checkout. Please note that returning costs are on your expense.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you receive a wrong item or something is missing, feel free to contact our support team. Please send as many details as possible including specific order numbers.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt (own expense). Online orders can not be returned to stores.
To arrange a return, simply send us an email to the following emailaddress: email@example.com. We will email you back with full instructions on what to do next.
Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and must include original packaging. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with. Returning costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the returned products or provides a tracking number.
